3. Subscription and Payment
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time charges due at the start of your subscription.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property
Studio Ledger retains ownership of all templates, designs, and code. Upon payment, you receive a license to use your customized website for your business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the security of your account
- Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
- Using the service in compliance with these terms
7. Limitation of Liability
Studio Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
